# Skills

> 啟用 bundled curated skills 與專案/全域性技能包。

Skills 是按需載入的技能包，用來教模型完成一類重複任務。入口在 **拓展 → Skills**。見 [拓展](/zh-Hant/desktop/extensions)。

## 技能從哪來

| 來源                     | 含義        |
| ---------------------- | --------- |
| Bundled curated skills | 客戶端內建精選技能 |
| 全域性 / 使用者              | 對本機多個專案生效 |
| 專案 / 倉庫                | 只對當前工作區生效 |

在輸入框用 `/` 或 `$` 呼叫（視 runtime 與技能型別而定）。

## 啟用和停用

每條技能可以單獨開關。停用後模型不再載入它，但檔案還在。

Plugin marketplace 入口當前仍是 Coming Soon。

## 和 Agents、提示詞的區別

| 能力     | 何時用              |
| ------ | ---------------- |
| Skills | 一套可複用流程          |
| Agents | 固定人設，用 `#` 選中    |
| 提示詞庫   | 一段可插入文字，用 `!` 插入 |
